About the Area Manager (F&B) Role

A Station Cafe is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing performance across multiple locations within the specialty coffee and sweets sector. The role requires a strategic approach to sales management and a commitment to maintaining the brand's standards for quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Area Manager will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets across designated areas.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Overseeing the sales process from initiation to completion.
  • Providing sales training and support to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Assisting with operational duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management and team training.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Prior experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
