About the Role

WTS Energy is seeking an Area Sales & Marketing Director to lead and drive sales and marketing strategy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on achieving revenue growth and business objectives across the designated area. The Director will be instrumental in developing strategic sales initiatives and expanding market presence.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure strong commercial performance by delivering sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Director will manage key client relationships and lead the sales team to achieve defined goals, contributing directly to the company's growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive revenue growth and sales performance across the area.
• Lead business development for major opportunities, projects, and tenders.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities and key accounts.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve targets, including performance review and KPI setting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and grow existing key client accounts.
• Act as a brand representative in the market.
• Oversee preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents, proposals, and tenders.
• Support contract negotiation and finalization, ensuring alignment with market opportunities.
• Track and analyze sales performance and key metrics, preparing reports for management decision-making.
• Utilize analytics and CRM tools to improve performance.
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads and stay updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with finance for budgeting, marketing for sales support, and operations/leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality systems, code of ethics, and all health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams within a dynamic market environment.
