Requirements:

Proficiency in English (at least a good level).

Passion and interest in the world of cars.

Good communication and politeness with customers.

Discipline and ability to organize daily tasks.

User Assistance: Assist end-users with application-related queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reports on application incidents and trends for IT management.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance support efficiency and user experience.
