• High school diploma required; higher education in logistics or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of warehouse management systems.

Basic Tasks:

Receiving customers and communicating with them via mobile and WhatsApp.

Coordinating work with technicians in the workshop.

Pricing services and requesting necessary parts.

Following up and organizing customer appointments.

Later: Learning to use the laptop and Excel program to organize work and reports.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (at least a good level).

Passion and interest in the world of cars.

Good communication and politeness with customers.

Discipline and ability to organize daily tasks.

• Develop and expand our market presence by identifying and cultivating client resources, including local restaurant chains, supermarkets, food processing enterprises, and distributors.
• Promote local sales of imported frozen food products.

• Fluency in English is a basic requirement; knowledge of local languages such as Arabic is advantageous.
• Proven experience in the imported frozen food industry, especially with channel relationships.
• Familiarity with local food import processes and requirements.
• Availability to accept part-time work.
