Your Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize warehouse operations, focusing on AutoStore system management and team performance.
Coordinate daily workflows of the AutoStore outbound team for efficient execution.
Monitor system dashboards, assist with technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Provide training and support to team members on efficient workflows and operational standards.
Effectively manage tasks from goods receipt to dispatch ensuring productivity and quality.

Your Qualifications:

High school diploma required; higher education in logistics or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of warehouse management systems.
