Rotana Hotels is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves supporting the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across all hotel areas. The position requires a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in the development and implementation of cleaning procedures and standards.
- Supervising housekeeping staff to ensure efficient task performance.
- Conducting inspections of rooms and common areas to verify cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and feedback related to housekeeping services.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering necessary supplies.
- Supporting the training of new housekeeping employees.
