About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning processes and providing insights to drive strategic decisions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and strategic goals.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to evaluate financial performance against budget targets, identifying key insights and trends.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with visibility into financial metrics and performance.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary data and support financial decision-making processes.
  • Support financial modeling efforts for assessing investment opportunities and analyzing project viability.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to enhance financial planning processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders.
