About the Role

Azadea Group, a prominent lifestyle retail company operating over 40 international franchise concepts across fashion, food and beverage, home furnishings, sporting goods, multimedia, and beauty in the Middle East and Africa, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its Butcher Shop & Grill concept. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in overseeing daily restaurant operations, upholding exceptional service standards, and driving guest satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual capable of effectively managing a team and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire food preparation and presentation process, ensuring the quantity and quality of displayed items meet high standards and taking necessary actions to produce high-quality meals.
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including overseeing opening and closing procedures, conducting regular maintenance checks, effectively managing shifts, and coordinating with the purchasing department.
• Monitor the performance of the restaurant team, ensure all set targets are met, and guarantee that work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness, while also recognizing and rewarding team achievements.
• Execute customer service activities, including handling customer complaints, addressing queries, and investigating and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of all displayed food items to ensure both quantity and quality meet specified standards, implementing appropriate corrective actions as needed.
• Adhere strictly to the organization's Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies, procedures, and instructions to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor daily Food & Beverage costs, collaborate with the management team to ensure budget alignment, and optimize inventory and pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
• Accurately record all invoices in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of four to six years of general experience in Food & Beverage Operations or a similar role is necessary.
• At least one year of experience in a managerial role within the F&B sector is essential.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
