About the Assistant Store Manager Role

APM Monaco, a contemporary fashion jewelry brand founded in 1982, is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to engaging clients with exceptional service and fostering strong in-store relationships to build the APM brand. The position is full-time and based at the Kingdom Centre location.

Core Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store-in-Charge in various operational and sales management functions. Key responsibilities include contributing to sales and operations management, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), assisting with rostering, implementing visual merchandising strategies, managing customer relationships (CRM), and supporting team management efforts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of working experience within the luxury or fashion retail sector. A minimum of 2 years of this experience must be in a managerial position. A proven track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM is essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic or other languages would be considered an advantage.
