ATC/GCA Specialist

About the Role

GDC Middle East is seeking an ATC/GCA Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves serving as an Air Traffic Control Specialist for Ground Controlled Approach (GCA) operations and procedures, with potential oversight of assigned ATC specialists. The role requires operating fixed GCA facilities and providing positive control for arriving rotary and fixed-wing aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a facility-rated controller in the assigned facility.
• Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) for assigned controllers.
• Work within ICAO, GACA, and MNG Air Traffic Control rules, procedures, and regulations with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and support the safe operation, movement, and flight procedures of rotary-wing aircraft in a training environment.
• Potentially hold supervisory responsibility for assigned Air Traffic Control Specialists in the facility during shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 4 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating proficiency in Air Traffic Control and GCA operations.

Work Environment and Location

This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position. The specialist will work within a structured air traffic control environment, adhering to international and national aviation regulations to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
