About the B2B Field Sales Representative Role

This is a full-time, on-site B2B Field Sales Representative position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with business customers. The representative will be responsible for managing client interactions, presenting product portfolios, and securing new contracts within the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to potential and existing B2B clients in Jeddah.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products to business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop new sales channels and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate with clients and close deals in alignment with sales targets.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams regarding pricing, product availability, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare regular reports on visits, leads, opportunities, sales performance, and market activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and represent the company at meetings, trade events, and brand-related activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a full-time, on-site capacity in Jeddah.

Compensation Structure

The compensation package for this role includes a fixed basic salary, in addition to commission and performance bonuses.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular field visits to clients within the city.
