About the Role
Vision Expert, a business services company based in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time, on-site position is integral to identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving sales for the company's services, and contributing to its growth in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. The role involves connecting businesses with solutions designed to enhance their operational efficiency and compliance.
As a Sales Representative, you will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to closing deals and cultivating long-term client relationships. This role offers an opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain experience in a dynamic market and contribute to a growing professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present Vision Expert's tailored solutions.
- Effectively present and explain the company's service offerings, including compliance, consulting, and IT support.
- Manage and nurture a sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and conversion.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions within established guidelines to secure new business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide ongoing account support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and market positioning.
- Gather market feedback to inform service development and sales strategies.
- Contribute to sales forecasts and provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within professional services, consulting, or compliance-related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex services clearly to diverse business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing opportunities within a sales pipeline.
- A good understanding of the Saudi business environment.
- Familiarity with compliance, certification, or consulting services (such as ISO, legal, or IT services) is considered an advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and digital communication platforms for activity tracking and proposal preparation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for effective client interaction.
