About the Role

Some Coffee is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages according to Some Coffee’s established recipes and quality standards. The salary for this role is SAR 2,000–2,200.

Role Overview

The Barista will play a key role in creating a welcoming café experience for guests. This position requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled, ensuring consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating coffee equipment efficiently and safely.
• Preparing light food and snacks in accordance with company standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Greeting guests warmly and taking orders accurately.
• Recommending menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Providing attentive and friendly customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic food preparation and handling skills.
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
