Meem Co. For Hotel Management and Operation is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. Key Responsibilities

The Barista will be responsible for a range of duties focused on beverage preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining operational standards. These responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other essential coffee equipment.
• Accurately taking customer orders and efficiently processing payments.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the work area.
• Professionally handling customer requests and resolving any concerns that may arise.
• Managing multiple orders efficiently, particularly during busy periods.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Candidates for this role should possess specific knowledge and technical skills to excel in a fast-paced coffee environment:

• Good knowledge of various coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso-based beverages, and milk preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain coffee equipment effectively.
