We are looking for a passionate Barista to join the Wooden Coffee team in Riyadh. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality coffee and an exceptional customer experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Assist in preparing light food items.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee preparation and beverage customization.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge or experience in food preparation and handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in the coffee/food service industry is advantageous.
