About the Role
Azeus Systems is seeking a meticulous and organized Billing Officer to join its finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, supporting the efficiency of operational processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and issue invoices and statements to clients.
- Process credit memos accurately.
- Receive, review, and process all accounts receivable documents and incoming payments.
- Prepare comprehensive billing reports.
- Collect and sort all invoices, credit memos, bills, and other order data.
- Gather all necessary information to accurately calculate outstanding invoices.
- Manage account balances and resolve any discrepancies.
- Send payment due date reminders and communicate with clients or relevant departments to ensure timely payment.
- Record and update all payments made within the specified accounting system.
- Verify data entry in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of final invoices.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Finance Manager and other finance team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant practical field.
- Proven experience as a Billing Officer or in a similar role.
- Experience working with various internal stakeholders within the company.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and deliver results with strong time management skills.
- Well-organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of financial information.
Core Skills
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The work location is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
