Role Overview

This program focuses on developing professionals who can effectively market and sell the bank's products while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The role involves direct engagement with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring all banking transactions are processed accurately and confidentially. Participants will also guide customers towards alternative electronic banking channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the bank's strategic products, prioritizing customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Execute banking operations in accordance with required standards and quality protocols.
• Identify and understand customer needs, providing solutions that meet their expectations.
• Guide and direct customers to utilize alternative electronic banking channels.
• Uphold the confidentiality of customer information and records.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations set by SNB and the Saudi Central Bank.
• Perform all customer cash operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, in compliance with internal and official controls.
