A leading company in the food sector announces its need to appoint Branch Supervisor with practical experience of no less than 3 years in branch management and operations, to supervise operational performance and ensure achieving sales targets and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the daily performance of branches and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability goals.

  • Monitoring the application of quality and food safety standards (Food Safety & Hygiene Standards).

  • Monitoring inventory, managing orders, and reducing waste.

  • Analyzing sales reports and performance indicators (KPIs) and submitting periodic reports to management.

  • Training and evaluating branch managers and work teams and raising operational efficiency.

  • Monitoring customer experience and professionally handling complaints.

  • Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures

  • Experience of no less than 3 years as a branch supervisor or area manager in the food or restaurant sector.

  • Proven experience in managing multiple branches simultaneously.

  • High leadership skills and team management.

  • Strong ability to analyze data and make operational decisions.

  • Knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems and report preparation.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel between branches.


  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

    • Courses in food safety or quality management.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple custom orders.
