Monitoring the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets. Preparing periodic reports on the team's performance and sales. Monitoring the level of customer service and working to improve it. Quickly and professionally solving problems faced by the team or customers. Monitoring inventory and ensuring product availability without shortages. Coordinating with the relevant authorities to request and provide products as needed. Ensuring compliance with work policies and procedures.
