We are currently seeking two dedicated Business Analysts for a strategic 9-month project aimed at establishing a Decision Support Unit and developing advanced AI/BI roadmaps. Your expertise will be essential in bridging the gap between complex data capabilities and strategic business needs to drive evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Current State Analysis: Conduct deep-dive studies into existing practices aligning them with digital transformation goals.
  • Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with stakeholders for documenting technical and non-technical BI and AI requirements.
  • Data Evaluation: Assess data quality and structure to identify needed infrastructure improvements.
  • Use Case Development: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including data sources, algorithms, and expected impacts.
  • KPI & Success Metrics: Define clear performance indicators to measure success and ROI of implemented use cases.
  • User Experience (UX/UI): Collaborate on interface design and conduct usability tests for high adoption rates.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis.
  • Active CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications required.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
