About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced Business Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to driving strategic transformation initiatives within the organization. The Business Architect will play a key role in shaping the company's future by aligning strategy with capabilities, processes, and transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business capability models, value streams, and target operating models (TOM).
• Ensure the alignment of business strategy with organizational capabilities, core processes, and ongoing transformation initiatives.
• Define, enhance, and optimize the business process architecture to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of business architecture roadmaps and the advancement of capability maturity across the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Transformation roles is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong experience specifically within Business Architecture is essential.
• Previous experience within the banking or financial services industry is a requirement for this role.
• In-depth knowledge of the TOGAF framework is expected.
• Hands-on experience is required in Business Capability Modeling, Value Stream Mapping, Target Operating Model (TOM) Design, Business Process Architecture, and Strategy Alignment & Transformation Roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability for strategic thinking are necessary.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Business Architecture and Enterprise Architecture principles.
• Proficiency in Business Transformation methodologies.
• Skilled in Business Capability Modeling and Value Stream Mapping.
• Adept at Target Operating Model (TOM) Design and Business Process Architecture.
• Experienced in Strategy Alignment & Transformation Roadmaps.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Strategic Thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with the BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) framework is preferred.
• Experience with the Bizzdesign architecture platform is a plus.

Work Environment and Experience

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with a specific emphasis on at least 8 years in Business Architecture or related fields.
