Job Description

About the Business Development Coordinator Role

Arab Crete & IFTI Stone is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support sales and business development operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and manage follow-ups for inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate meetings and product presentations for the sales team.
  • Prepare professional email communications and maintain consistent client contact.
  • Manage and update the company CRM system with all customer interactions.
  • Follow up on material approvals, vendor registrations, and project opportunities.
  • Liaise with technical and commercial teams to ensure timely customer support.
  • Support lead generation and broader business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience in construction materials, architectural finishes, fit-out, flooring, or related industries is preferred.
  • Applicants must be local to Saudi Arabia.
