About the Role

TXM Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on driving company growth through the identification of new business opportunities, market expansion, and the cultivation of strong client relationships. The role operates within the Commercial / Strategy department and reports to the Board / Director, with a primary objective of achieving sustainable revenue growth across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, MEP, and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements
