About the Role

TXM Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on driving company growth through the identification of new business opportunities, market expansion, and the cultivation of strong client relationships. The role operates within the Commercial / Strategy department and reports to the Board / Director, with a primary objective of achieving sustainable revenue growth across target markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic outlook, strong commercial understanding, and a demonstrated background in business development, particularly within the construction, MEP, or hospitality sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to market development, client acquisition, and proposal management, ensuring alignment with TXM Solutions' objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, MEP, and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and commercial proposals.
  • Manage contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and establish agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
  • Provide accurate pipeline reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
  • Collaborate with project, commercial, and operations teams to ensure delivery capabilities meet client expectations.
  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new projects and clients, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals, tracking business development performance.
  • Attend client meetings and represent the company, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform corporate strategy and expansion plans.
  • Support the negotiation of commercial terms with clients and subcontractors, ensuring proposal alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Liaise with commercial and legal teams to protect company interests and ensure proposal alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery capability, aligning procurement, project execution, and commercial strategies with business development goals.
  • Manage external partnerships and alliances to support business growth.
  • Translate business development targets into resource and budget plans, monitoring expenditure and reporting deviations with corrective actions.
  • Attend site visits and industry events to identify opportunities and promote TXM Solutions' capabilities.
  • Ensure business development activities support operational delivery and align with QA/QC, HSE, and operational requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive business development experience, preferably within the construction, MEP, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and building long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in market development and identifying new business avenues.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
  • Experience in tender preparation and developing commercial proposals.

Work Context

This is a full-time Business Development Executive position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
