Overview of the Role

Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to driving growth initiatives across various sectors, including infrastructure, construction, industrial, and services. The manager will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence and strengthening client engagement in alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track new business and project opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and sector analysis.
• Lead the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and prequalification submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure bid compliance.
• Manage and update the business development pipeline and CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and government entities.
• Represent Al-Ayuni at industry events and exhibitions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or pre-sales within the infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in proposal preparation, tendering processes, and market analysis is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and business writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and Oracle CX.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve business growth objectives.
