About the Opportunity
Jadaya, a subsidiary of Master Works, is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join its Professional Services team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on leading the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, primarily utilizing the ARIS platform.
Role Summary
The Business Process Consultant will work directly with clients to transform business processes, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen process governance, and support digital transformation initiatives. This position combines strong technical expertise with business consulting skills to analyze organizational challenges, design innovative solutions, and deliver complex transformation projects successfully. It is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication and presentation abilities to build trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process discovery, analysis, documentation, and optimization initiatives using the ARIS platform.
- Design, configure, and implement ARIS solutions, including Process Design, Process Governance (APG), Process Mining, Reporting, Dashboards, and ARIS Connect.
- Develop custom reports, scripts, macros, and automation solutions using JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
- Lead process mining engagements by analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, process deviations, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Design interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using ARIS Dashboards, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics platforms.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and modeling to support reporting, analytics, and process intelligence initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, business interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure workflow automation and governance processes to support approvals, process compliance, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to ARIS implementations, integrations, and custom developments.
- Support integrations between ARIS and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, HR systems, ERP platforms, and document management solutions.
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation, solution architecture documents, implementation guides, user manuals, and training materials.
- Participate in client presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities.
- Stay current with ARIS product enhancements, BPM best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer solutions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5-10 years of professional experience in business process consulting or a related field.
- Extensive experience with the ARIS platform, including Process Design, Process Governance, Process Mining, Reporting, Dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze organizational challenges and design innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in developing custom reports, scripts, macros, and automation solutions using JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, validation, and modeling for reporting and analytics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills for customer-facing consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
- ARIS Professional or ARIS Certified Consultant certification.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence methodologies.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
- Experience with SAP Signavio or other BPM platforms.
- Experience working in consulting or professional services organizations.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum.
Work Environment
This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Jadaya's Professional Services team. The role is inherently customer-facing, requiring regular interaction with clients and stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects. It emphasizes collaboration and technical leadership in a dynamic consulting environment.
