The Role of a Butler

This full-time Butler role is crucial for providing exceptional guest service. Butlers are responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests and proactively assessing individual guest needs and preferences. The main objective is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction by adding personal recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Assist departments with basic tasks or requirements during a guest's stay.
• Arrange transportation for guests.
• Make restaurant reservations on behalf of guests.
• Organize special events as requested.
• Anticipate guests' needs and consistently exceed expectations.
• Deliver bespoke service to ensure guests feel valued and cared for.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant service role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The hotel features 276 spacious rooms, including 39 luxurious suites, three exceptional restaurant venues with a seating capacity of 250 guests, and event facilities offering 7,213 square meters of space. A world-class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests, alongside a meticulously outfitted fitness center, further defines the guest experience.
