This is a full-time, on-site Call Center & Sales Specialist position based in Riyadh.
Role Overview
The Call Center & Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding Imdad Care’s home healthcare services. This role involves direct interaction with potential and existing clients to facilitate service understanding and uptake.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide potential clients through available service options.
- Document all client interactions accurately within the designated system.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and convert leads into confirmed services.
- Coordinate with internal care teams to facilitate service delivery.
- Maintain and update client records as necessary.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
- Contribute to achieving established sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-facing skills, including customer support and service, with a client-centered and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication abilities, encompassing clear verbal and written communication, and active listening skills suitable for a call center environment.
- Experience working in contact centers or call center operations, including managing high call volumes and utilizing call management tools.
- Solid computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems, call center software, email, and standard office applications.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer acquisition, preferably within healthcare or service-oriented industries.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Riyadh, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma is required. A diploma or degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and respectful client interactions.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. The role requires the specialist to work directly from the company's premises.
