About the Role

DallahHealth is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the achievement of departmental goals. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and efficiency within the call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the performance of Call Center Coordinators, ensuring fair and even distribution of calls.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the direct manager.
  • Motivate and encourage Call Center Coordinators through positive communication and constructive feedback.
  • Perform periodic updates of doctor information relevant to the department and notify staff.
  • Coordinate work shift schedules for Call Center Coordinators.
  • Implement appropriate policies and procedures to align with hospital goals and objectives, focusing on Standards of Care and Quality/Performance Improvement.
  • Undertake any other tasks within competence as directed by the Call Center Manager.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess between 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity. A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves direct supervision and coordination of a call center team, contributing to the operational efficiency of DallahHealth.
