About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Arabic) Accountant and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing parents’ contracts, managing accounting tasks, and generating monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage parents’ contracts in both English and Arabic.
  • Generate and analyze monthly financial reports.
  • Handle accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect data and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and client-related information.
  • Oversee and process all center purchases and maintain proper records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 23 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Financial qualification, preferably CA / CPA / ACCA with more than 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Experience handling large volumes of transactions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Familiarity with KSA tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
