About the Charles River Analyst Role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Charles River Analyst for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on supporting business processes within investment banking and asset management environments.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Charles River Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and supporting business processes across asset management and investment operations. This includes collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support system enhancements. The role also involves managing and optimizing workflows related to the trade lifecycle across various asset classes and markets, and ensuring effective integration between internal systems and third-party vendors.

Required Domain and System Expertise

Candidates must possess strong experience in asset management systems, with a preference for CRD / Charles River Development. Expertise in portfolio management and investment operations is essential. The role requires coverage of asset classes including Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Mutual Funds. Mandatory system and functional experience includes:

• CRD / Charles River modules, covering Trade Blotter, end-to-end trade workflows, Manager Workbench, PMAR (Performance Measurement & Attribution), and Complex Account Group Management.
• Risk & Analytics, including risk attribution and analysis, integration with third-party risk providers (*, MSCI), factor model implementation and data integration, and identification/resolution of data gaps.
• Portfolio & Investment Functions such as Scenario Analysis, Asset Allocation, Security Selection Index, Cash Flow Forecasting, and IBOR (Investment Book of Record).
• Corporate Actions, specifically end-to-end workflows and processing.
• Compliance, including investment compliance and hands-on experience with the CRD Compliance module.

Additional Skills and Experience

Experience with MS SQL Server, database querying, and data analysis is considered beneficial. Preferred skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering capabilities, experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, and the ability to manage complex integrations and data-driven solutions.
