About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on the comprehensive management of civil assets within facilities, ensuring their optimal operation, inspection, repair, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of civil assets, which include buildings, roads, pavements, drainage systems, and structural elements. This involves planning and executing preventive maintenance programs, supervising repair works to ensure quality and adherence to standards, and conducting thorough condition assessments of all civil infrastructure.

Operational Oversight

A core aspect of this role involves coordinating effectively with internal maintenance teams and external subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of tasks. The Civil Engineer must also diligently ensure that all operations comply with established quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements, maintaining a high level of service and asset integrity.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil asset operation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and civil infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in both preventive and corrective maintenance of civil assets.
• The ability to conduct detailed building inspections and identify structural defects.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and relevant maintenance standards.
• Proficiency in preparing technical reports and maintenance documentation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires a proactive approach to managing and maintaining critical civil infrastructure.
