Job Description


We are looking for a Sales Associate with experience in women's fashion, who has a passion for fashion and the ability to understand customer needs and achieve sales while maintaining a luxurious shopping experience in-store.


Tasks and Responsibilities


Assist customers in selecting suitable looks (coordination, sizes, style)


Provide a sophisticated customer experience that aligns with the brand identity


Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets


Build strong relationships with customers (including VIP customers)


Keep up with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge


Maintain store order and cleanliness and visual merchandising standards


Handle the point-of-sale (POS) system and manage inventory primarily


Contribute to sales through social media or WhatsApp as needed



Requirements


1 to 3 years of experience in women's fashion retail (preferably in boutiques or luxury brands)


Strong sales skills and goal achievement


Excellent communication skills (Arabic is required, English is a plus)


High taste in fashion coordination and knowledge of fashion


Presentable appearance and professional personality


Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)



Preferred Qualifications


Experience in abayas or evening dresses or luxury fashion


A client base in Riyadh is considered an additional advantage


Experience in sales through Instagram

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate would be a strategy consultant with a strong background in data and an interest in developing client solutions.

  • Must be a Saudi National to ensure deep cultural alignment and authentic relationship-building within the local business ecosystem. 

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of the regional business ecosystem and its habits

  • Excellent presentation skills, both spoken and written (proven PPT skills, ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear slides).

  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with decision makers of mid-sized and big companies.

  • Proven track record of independently driving outbound prospecting, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and closing high-value commercial deals.

  • Experience identifying relevant RFPs, navigating complex corporate procurement processes, and leading the documentation required to win enterprise clients.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to establish profitable pricing models, negotiate terms, and draft engagement contracts.
