About the Role

Red Hat is seeking a Cloud Architect - AI to join the Consulting team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position where you will function as a subject matter expert in Red Hat's infrastructure and cloud technology, with a primary focus on Red Hat AI and MLOps solutions. The role involves leading on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat's technology, ensuring solutions provide flexibility and performance.

Role Context and Focus

As a Cloud Architect - AI, you will address best practices related to automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover configurations. You will gain an understanding of customer infrastructures and business challenges, providing recommendations tailored to their specific environments. This position offers an opportunity to expand your knowledge base within a dynamic environment that promotes Red Hat's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a customer advocate, designing appropriate solutions and ensuring their innovative and reliable implementation and support.
Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small to medium teams, encompassing both technical and non-technical backgrounds, to shape customer use cases and architecture design decisions.
Scope delivery projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments.
Design, create, and deliver content to enable the broader Red Hat organization to sell, service, and support cloud and infrastructure solutions at scale.
Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat's services capabilities, promote repeated customer engagements, and mitigate delivery risks.
Contribute to and lead the delivery of Red Hat solutions based on Red Hat tools and technologies.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position within the Red Hat Consulting team. You will work directly with customers, providing expertise and implementing solutions on-site.
