The Role: Co-Founder & CXO

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Co-Founder & CXO to lead A27 from early traction through to scale. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's strategy, commercial growth, fundraising, and long-term vision, with the objective of building a structured finance infrastructure business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement A27's strategy, from initial market entry to the broader vision for structured finance infrastructure and real-world asset tokenization.
• Manage revenue and growth by establishing the commercial engine, securing initial clients, and expanding recurring revenue.
• Lead enterprise sales efforts targeting financial institutions, corporations, and capital markets participants, building trust with senior decision-makers in a conservative environment.
• Oversee Seed round fundraising and subsequent capital raises, providing regular progress updates to the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
• Recruit and lead the founding team across commercial, product, and operations, collaborating closely with the CTO on product roadmap development.
• Cultivate relationships with regulators, banks, and ecosystem partners, including engagement with relevant capital markets authorities.
• Determine pricing, packaging, and the strategic evolution from a focused initial product to a multi-product platform.
• Establish the company culture and operational rhythm from the outset.

Performance Metrics

• Client adoption, renewal rates, and expansion.
• Consistent revenue growth with improved unit economics.
• Establishment of a repeatable sales process for financial institutions and corporations.
