About the Role

J&T Express Middle East is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented COD Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our Cash on Delivery (COD) processes across various stations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and reconcile daily Cash on Delivery (COD) collections across multiple stations to ensure timely bank deposits.
• Investigate and resolve mismatches, shortages, and overages to address cash discrepancies swiftly and effectively.
• Ensure courier handovers comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), flagging any violations and conducting regular cash safety audits.
• Maintain absolute data accuracy across logistics and Point of Sale (POS) systems, such as JMS and ERP, and collaborate with the IT department to resolve any collection-related bugs.
• Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance and risk reports for stakeholders.
• Lead urgent cash recovery cases and manage fraud alerts with immediate attention and maintain documented trails for all actions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in COD management, cash handling, or logistics finance.
• High proficiency with logistics platforms (JMS/POS) and courier applications.
• Advanced skills in Excel-based reconciliation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership and guidance capabilities for managing small station teams.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to manage urgent cash cases that may require attention during late hours, weekends, or public holidays.
