The employee is responsible for receiving customers, responding to their inquiries, recording their requests, executing sales operations, and collecting payments, as well as preparing and delivering orders. 1- Receiving customers politely and professionally and responding to their inquiries. 2- Executing sales operations and collecting cash and electronic amounts. 3- Issuing invoices, ensuring their accuracy, and delivering them to customers. 4- Preparing and arranging orders and delivering them. 5- Applying discounts and offers. 6- Raising customer complaints and feedback. Job requirements: - A valid health certificate. - Knowledge in preparing and making coffee. - Effective communication skills and time management. - Leadership skills. - Teamwork skills. - Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher).
