About the Commercial Sales Leasing Role
Motaded Consultancy is expanding its business facilities in Riyadh and is seeking a Commercial Sales Leasing specialist. This full-time position focuses on maximizing occupancy and revenue for fully furnished, ready-to-move-in serviced offices and a conference hall. The role requires a professional who can leverage market knowledge and relationships to secure lease agreements.
Role Purpose and Facilities
The primary objective of this role is to achieve the highest possible occupancy and revenue from Motaded's business facilities in Riyadh. This includes attracting new office tenants and securing clients for the conference hall, thereby building a sustainable client base for continuous and growing monthly revenue. The facilities offered include fully furnished offices with complete services, an equipped conference hall with a capacity of over 135 people, and private parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including companies, entrepreneurs, and event organizers, seeking office space or conference hall bookings.
- Activate personal networks and engage with brokers within the Saudi market to source tenants.
- Manage inbound inquiries from initial contact through to conversion.
- Organize and conduct professional facility viewings, assessing client needs regarding space, duration, and budget.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate lease terms, and finalize contracts and documentation with management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets for office occupancy and conference hall bookings, and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Submit regular reports on client status, signed contracts, and occupancy rates.
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants to encourage renewals and address feedback.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Established relationships within the Saudi market.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or workspace leasing.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and presentation skills, enabling them to effectively communicate value and close agreements. The ability to build and maintain professional relationships is crucial for success in this role.
Work Context
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The compensation includes a fixed base salary plus commission on signed lease contracts, reflecting performance in securing new business for Motaded Consultancy's serviced offices and conference facilities.
