About the Role

Salesforce, a leader in AI CRM solutions, is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join its Sales team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, offers an opportunity to contribute to Salesforce's growth in the Middle East and support businesses through AI-driven customer success. The role involves assisting strategic customers in achieving growth and delivering an enhanced customer experience. As a member of the Core Business Unit, the Account Executive will manage a designated set of accounts or prospects, working with a virtual team of specialists and experts to develop strategies for annual revenue growth.

This position is at the forefront of workforce transformation in the agentic era, utilizing advanced AI technologies. The company is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia, building on a 15-year association with the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within an assigned territory for new market opportunities.
  • Introduce Salesforce offerings to new customers within the designated territory.
  • Effectively communicate the Salesforce value proposition to close sales.
  • Act as the lead Account Executive within the regional Business Unit.
  • Increase revenue spend across new and existing customers, building Salesforce's presence in the local market.
  • Own the vision, strategy, and stakeholder management for each assigned account, focusing on Salesforce Core AI products such as Sales CRM.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives responsible for other Salesforce Cloud Solutions to achieve unified growth targets.
  • Potentially undertake additional responsibilities due to resource constraints.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University Graduate Calibre.
  • A minimum of 6 years of successful, referenceable sales experience, preferably in software sales.
  • Proven credibility in managing large, virtual teams to support account vision and strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating sales through strong business development skills, territory planning, pipeline generation, and closing significant cloud software opportunities.
  • Knowledge and contacts within the Saudi Arabian market are considered a competitive advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic.
