About the Community Marketing Lead Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Community Marketing Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on building and nurturing relationships within various community segments to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Community Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen the brand's connection with its audience. This involves fostering strong ties with shopping centers, city studios, brand ambassadors, and local athletes. The role aims to drive engagement through targeted initiatives and ensure consistent brand representation across all community touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement community initiatives, events, and photoshoots designed to increase engagement and differentiate the brand from competitors.
• Collaborate with store teams and ambassadors for product seeding, ensuring accurate brand representation and high-quality visual assets for digital use.
• Manage community requests and maintain an organized calendar of all community activities, categorized by tier.
• Oversee community initiatives and store opening activities, ensuring adherence to budget and brand standards.
• Monitor, report on, and evaluate the effectiveness of community and marketing efforts, aligning with the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with store ambassadors, store teams, influencers, and key community figures.
• Engage and collaborate with local athletic communities and affiliated studios to enhance brand presence and community connection.

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject is considered an asset.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or event management is necessary.
• Previous experience within the fitness industry is highly preferred.
• A strong understanding of community engagement and brand activation within the fitness or lifestyle sectors is essential.
