About the Compliance Manager Role

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of its corporate compliance program. This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The Compliance Manager will ensure the company operates ethically and in full adherence to evolving laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Program Strategy and Administration

The Compliance Manager will oversee the implementation and daily administration of the corporate compliance program framework. This includes analyzing regulatory data and preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership on best practices, ethical standards, and applicable laws. The role also involves assessing compliance policies, processes, and systems, and designing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Monitoring, Audits, and Compliance Management

Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards to ensure ongoing compliance. The Compliance Manager will partner with department heads to develop and track corrective action plans for compliance gaps. Additionally, this role manages the third-party compliance lifecycle, including due diligence, vendor auditing, and risk mitigation. Compliance assessments for internal policies, products, services, and IT systems are also part of this function.

Policy, Training, and Communication

This position is responsible for the drafting, revision, and lifecycle management of company-wide compliance policies and procedures, ensuring version control and accessibility. The Compliance Manager will design and deliver mandatory compliance training programs to foster a culture of ethics and regulatory awareness. Internal communication strategies will be formulated to keep stakeholders informed about policy updates and regulatory changes.

Investigations and Regulatory Engagement

The role involves administering the ethics/whistleblower program, including data logging, tracking, and initial case assessments. The Compliance Manager will lead internal investigations into potential policy or regulatory violations, gathering evidence, conducting interviews, analyzing findings, and authoring reports. This includes directing the preparation of documentation and coordinating cross-functional input for responses to regulatory inquiries and filings.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, risk management, internal audit, or legal operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or professional certifications are considered a significant advantage. Demonstrated experience in leading projects independently and collaborating with cross-functional department heads is essential. Strong analytical skills are necessary for interpreting complex regulations and translating them into actionable corporate policies.
