About the Role

IDEX Consulting is seeking a Construction & Projects Associate to join a leading international law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a highly motivated lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in construction and projects law. The role offers an opportunity to join a developing team and engage with top-tier legal work.

Team and Professional Development

As a member of a small and dynamic team, the Construction & Projects Associate will manage their own workload. Direct support and coaching will be provided by a Partner with extensive national and international experience in construction projects and infrastructure. This position offers exposure to a wide range of matters, fostering ongoing technical and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting various contracts related to construction and projects.
• Advising clients on contract risk allocation strategies.
• Preparing legal advice on contract and construction law, as well as regulatory issues impacting the construction industry and infrastructure sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3-6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as a lawyer.
• Demonstrated experience in construction and projects law.
• Strong motivation and a commitment to professional growth.
