Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to drive and lead execution against effective project plans, anticipate potential issues, and provide structured solutions to ensure successful client engagements.
  • Take responsibility for the creation of client deliverables by facilitating client interviews and workshops, performing analysis in Excel, synthesizing clear insights from complex information, and developing content that articulates recommendations effectively.
  • Develop meaningful and successful relationships with clients and vendors by understanding the diverse needs of stakeholders and establishing a high degree of credibility both internally and externally.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in delivering consulting or change projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
  • Significant experience within 'blue-chip' Financial Services organizations, with a preference for Asset or Wealth Managers.
  • Experience with projects related to Target Operating Models, business processes, and/or IT solutions in areas such as Distribution, CRM, Portfolio Management & Risk Management, Middle & Back Office processes, and outsourcing.
  • A solid understanding of market trends, drivers, and the outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market.
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
  • A strong focus on team achievement, rather than solely individual goals.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A strong academic background, including a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a leading institution.
  • Business language fluency in English.
