About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Coordinator - Guest Services to join its team. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is essential for maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors and staff.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Guest Services Coordinator is to manage all reception duties and provide comprehensive administrative support. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a positive first impression for everyone interacting with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, welcome, book, and direct visitors to the appropriate individuals, departments, or meeting rooms.
• Maintain the reception area and common spaces, ensuring they remain tidy and clean.
• Manage incoming calls, connecting and transferring them to relevant departments or stakeholders, and handling general queries as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team with various onboarding and termination activities and processes.
• Perform basic clerical tasks, including copying documents and booking meeting rooms.
• Receive and accurately distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the correct stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Arrange airport collection services for specified individuals as required.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and services, such as stationery and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a guest services or hospitality role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Qiddiya Investment Company, located in Riyadh. The role involves working directly with visitors, staff, and various departments in a dynamic office setting.
