The Cost Manager Role

TPM Williams is seeking a Cost Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on managing financial aspects of construction projects. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports across various sectors. The Cost Manager will monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering initiatives to achieve cost efficiency while upholding quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and client representatives to ensure project financial objectives are met.
• Analyze tender documents thoroughly to inform cost estimations and budgeting.
• Participate in contract negotiations, providing expert cost advice.
• Advise on potential cost risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost data for all assigned projects.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Cost Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction consultancy sector. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex financial aspects of large-scale construction projects.
