About the Role

Skilled Careers is seeking a dedicated CSA Supervisor to oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities for data center projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role ensures that all construction is executed in strict adherence to design intent, quality standards, safety regulations, schedule commitments, and the operational expectations of mission-critical data center environments. The CSA Supervisor will collaborate closely with construction management, MEP teams, contractors, consultants, and commissioning teams to guarantee the seamless integration of CSA packages within highly technical data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day execution of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) activities across data center construction works.
• Ensure construction is delivered in accordance with approved Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings, technical specifications, project procedures, and client standards.
• Monitor civil works, including foundations, concrete structures, steel structures, underground utilities, and external infrastructure development.
• Oversee the architectural scope, encompassing the building envelope, roofing systems, raised floors, internal finishes, fire-rated assemblies, and support spaces.
• Coordinate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines to facilitate equipment installation readiness and manage interfaces effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with data center quality requirements, specified tolerances, and mission-critical construction standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections, verify completed works, and actively support Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), punch lists, and close-out documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, site logistics, and overall progress against baseline schedules.
• Review and support the resolution of Requests for Information (RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), site observations, and other technical issues that arise.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and actively promote safe construction practices on site.
• Participate in progress meetings, site coordination sessions, and contribute to comprehensive reporting activities.
• Support pre-commissioning, integrated testing, and project handover activities to ensure a smooth transition.

Experience and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, specifically within the data center sector.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in Civil Construction, Structural Construction, and Architectural Construction oversight.
• Expertise in Data Center Construction methodologies and requirements.
• Strong understanding and application of Quality Standards and Safety Requirements.
• Effective Schedule Management and progress tracking abilities.
