The Customer Care Officer Role

Creative Closets is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients both before and after product installation. The role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide timely responses and accurate information regarding products, services, and project status.
• Handle customer complaints and service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and case statuses in internal systems.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to the improvement of service processes and the overall customer experience.
• Support sales and after-sales activities, including confirming orders and scheduling visits.
• Reinforce the brand’s commitment to precision and quality service in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a customer care or support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Customer Care Officer will work directly with clients and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
