About the Role

AVEVA Select Gulf is seeking a Customer Experience Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically for Saudi Nationals and focuses on providing expert technical support and optimization for AVEVA software solutions within customer automation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for automation systems and AVEVA software solutions, including System Platform, InTouch, Historian, and related applications.
• Assist customers in optimizing the performance, functionality, and efficiency of AVEVA solutions within their automation environments.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on technical evaluation and proof-of-concept activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor and manage support cases to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Participate in the testing and validation of software updates, patches, and configurations.
• Provide feedback to product development teams on recurring issues and feature requests.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Engineer or in an equivalent role.
• Must be a Saudi National.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in AVEVA System Platform, InTouch, Historian, and various database applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, scripting, and PLC programming is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale System Platform implementations.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and client relationships.
