Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role

SACO, a Saudi Company for Hardware, is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is the initial point of contact for customers entering SACO stores, focusing on ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience from arrival to handover to a Sales Associate.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them to the appropriate department. This position plays a crucial part in facilitating customer flow and ensuring they are introduced to the correct Sales Associate for further assistance, thereby enhancing the overall customer journey within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers upon their entry into the store.
• Identify and understand customer needs and inquiries.
• Escort customers to the relevant department within the store.
• Introduce customers to the designated Sales Associate for specialized assistance.
• Ensure a proper handover of customers to sales staff.
• Provide support to elderly customers and customers with disabilities.
• Coordinate effectively with sales staff and supervisors to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor at the store entrance.
• Answer customer questions regarding store departments and available services.
• Perform additional customer service duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service-oriented role.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence within SACO stores to directly interact with customers and support store operations.
