We are looking for an outstanding customer service representative to join our team, where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and delivery applications, and providing appropriate solutions to their problems in a professional and distinguished manner. The main tasks include: receiving calls and responding to inquiries, logging and tracking customer complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and coordinating with other departments such as coordinating with the roasting team to follow up on the availability of coffee varieties and preparing special orders and ensuring they meet specifications before delivery to ensure timely problem resolution. We strive to hire a person with excellent communication skills, patience in dealing with customers, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the best level of service. The work system is 6 days a week for 9 hours a day.
