The objective of the job: Providing exceptional customer service with managing and operating daily spa bookings, ensuring appointment organization, and coordinating with the team to achieve a seamless and professional experience for clients. Tasks and Responsibilities: ▸ Customer Service: Receiving customer inquiries and responding to them via phone and WhatsApp. Providing accurate information about services and prices. Handling customer complaints and resolving them professionally. Building positive relationships with customers and enhancing their satisfaction. ▸ Booking Management and Operation: Managing and organizing daily spa bookings. Scheduling appointments and distributing them to the team. Confirming appointments and sending reminders. Closing bookings and following up on customer status. ▸ Team Coordination: Coordinating with staff to ensure appointment organization. Ensuring team readiness and preparedness for appointments. Handling any schedule conflicts immediately. ▸ Appointment and Gift Follow-up: Monitoring customers' attendance and ensuring they adhere to appointments. Coordinating and preparing gift requests. Following up on delivery operations and ensuring they are executed on time. ▸ Supporting Daily Operations: Contributing to organizing workflow within the spa. Monitoring daily booking performance. Raising feedback to management to improve operations. Requirements and Qualifications: ▸ Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in customer service. Experience in salons or spas is preferred.
